Three months off the cancer bus. I definitely feel the health benefits already, but there hasn't been a day yet that I haven't missed it just a little.... bastards!!!!

congrats greg! i am targeting November to quit and it will be strange after 30 some years of smokng.
Bravo, darlin! 3 months is a great start! And don't worry, the cravings should wear off in another 9 months or so. ;-)
